Mr.
Wineman has been a principal of Wolf Wineman since it was formed in 1972. He
has had direct Mechanical Engineering design and project management
responsibilities for both major and minor construction projects including
both new and retrofit utility owned power plants, energy centers, utility
distribution systems, pollution control systems, chemical process systems, HVAC,
plumbing, and fire protection systems. His projects included general
building, industrial, kitchens, schools, institutional, commercial, campus,
laboratories, clean rooms, residential and hospitals. He
has served as an expert witness in trial and mediation and has been involved
in forensic examinations and code review for systems, design, construction

Mr.
Wineman has volunteered his time in teaching numerous continuing educational engineering
classes for the design of Plumbing, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Selection
of Boilers and Equipment, Temperature Controls Engineering, and Steam
Systems. He also conducted classes in Construction Management, Construction
Scheduling and Review for the Plumbing Engineers Test to get certified in
Plumbing Engineering (CIPE) as Sanctioned by the American Institute of
Plumbing Engineers, and to assist engineers to pass their State of Michigan
registration examinations (PE). Mr. Wineman has also served on the committee
for the preparation and grading of the Michigan professional Engineers
Examination. Mr.
Wineman attended numerous technical classes for the design of energy
efficient Burner Conversions of older boilers, Hydronic Water Heating, Boiler
code up dates, Plumbing code up dates, Sick Building Syndrome, ASHRAE
technical sessions for the application of revised standards to design
principles, NFPA design classes for the design of sprinkler systems and the
proper placement of smoke and fire dampers, and Energy Conservation
Applications to modern building design. Mr.
Wineman served as Code reviewer for Fire Prevention, Mechanical, HVAC, and
plumbing systems for the communities of Novi Michigan and Birmingham
Michigan. |
