Description of Services:

Specialization is in investigative engineering for Mechanical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems including failure analysis, construction problems, systems design and installation, use, maintenance and application for all types of building facilities. Work results in expert witness testimony, reccomendations for systems fixing, front end engineering, problem solving, schematic design and recommendations

Forensics:

Examination of system failure, coordination of laboratory test results, preparation of reports of findings.

Expert Witness:

Testimony for both deposition and court regarding results of forensic analysis.

Front End Engineering:

Establishment of major engineering direction for both design build and engineer design bid projects. Establish parameters for HVAC and Plumbing systems, establish type of systems, recommend major equipment and project scope.

Analyze documents prepared for a particular project for constructability, design, and life expectancy.

Studies:

Preparation of feasibility studies and reports for mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, energy management, power generation, and operating cost analysis
